A modern traditional restaurant that satisfies even the most demanding customer both in a culinary way and aestheticaly. The 12 Hours located in the historic pedestrian zone of the old fortress hill of Larissa. Our goal was to intervene with respect to the traditional features of this historic area. The stone, natural light and the visible roof that existed were the elements that led us to the final result. Metal details, brick, concealed lighting, exposed wooden beams, retro touches and fabrics, composed an industrial space that harmoniously combines the past with the present.
